OH my gosh... this is freakishly close to my story. I also began to stutter more in 2019-2020, which is also when I was a senior in high school. The pandemic definitely didn't help things. It made me so much more anxious and when I went to college in the Fall, my anxiety was sky high. I counted on my roommate to introduce me to people, and thankfully she didn't mind it, or at least didn't appear to mind it. I still struggle to speak to my professors and even my friends, which makes social life really hard. I'm thinking about joining the discord group... would you be down to talk one -on-one with me? Given that we're both in college, I feel there's some common ground. I would really love to hear more about your story and how you learned to control the stutter/live your life without letting it get to you.
