Well it's quite a difficult thing to talk about and your friends might not be knowledgeable enough to talk about it so I guess that's why they want to change the subject. I'm sure there would be some people who find it cute/ attractive but I doubt it's common. Maybe having the confidence to rock on through a stutter would be the attractive part to more people. Why do you ask?
