Trust me I know how you feel. It absolutely sucks. Not being able to say your own name is just awful because you just give off a first impression you can’t take back. I was at a job fair trying to get a full time job and got no interviews cause I would stutter during my elevator pitch. I don’t understand how other people can speak to fluently! It’s a foreign concept to me, it really is. But I learned that practicing in front of a mirror completely alone helps a lot. Practice a lot and you’ll confidence will slowly go up. It’ll take a while, I’m still not even close but practicing alone has helped me
