Not sure what your specific question is. Dating is pretty much the same as for people that speak fluently. I guess I usually skirt around difficult sounds for the first couple dates and once more comfortable will push through any blocks I have, mention my difficulty, and discuss my story with it. People that care appreciate vulnerability.
