I was trying to edit the video but I couldn't take it out (the address) as I didn't have the necessary tools for it. However, that's not my real address :) that's an approximation (I will be careful out there though) In regards to how fluent I talk, there are times where I speak to people like in the video and there is times where I just get stuck in a word and struggle to get my thoughts out. It just happens randomly, there isn't a scenario where I could predict I could be fluent or I could stutter.
