Welcome to the club. I have a similar experience. Years ago I was presenting to my class in a regular basis, I was nervous yes, but I wasn't scared. I stutter here and there but I was somewhat comfortable. Now... I'm scared all the time basically. In my case I think it was the pandemic, the isolation, some bad romantic partners. All of that I think it made me more self aware, it made me lost my confidence and my self esteem in a way. So basically: My mindset and emotional state are the things holding me back, and the things creating the cycle. Maybe it's something similar? If so, I don't have any answer to how to deal with it. Best of luck.
