I've encountered other stutterers and even worked with a guy who stuttered. At first I felt bad for em too, but afterwards, I would marvel and wonder how their life was. I was at Walmart one time, and I needed help finding something. I asked a worker, an old lady, like at least 70, and she stuttered pretty badly. But she powered thru and I was very impressed. I wanted to interview her and ask her about her life, how she got thru and everything. It put things in perspective for me and gave me hope. If she can get thru and not let her stutter effect her, then so can i. She was so helpful and didn't let her stutter phase her...it was inspirational honestly.
