Yea I know, it's many other sounds. I'd suggest you start making a list of all the problem sounds. So jot down the word and the specific phonetic sound that you blocked on. Then you can practice on you're own time repeatedly saying those practice sounds, focusing on slowly fully enunciating each one for about 30 secs or 1 min each. Practice still makes perfect even for speech sounds. As for the ADHD, I myself was diagnosed with the inattentive type. I was prescribed biphentin and was titrated up to 85 mg. The max is about 100mg. In the early stages of medicating I did find slight improvement in my speech but I guess my stutter acclimated to the meds and that effect wore off. I've heard it helping for other pws. But for my stutter it didn't help much.
