Strange Occurrence

Strange Occurrence I wanted to share a strange occurrence that happened with my fluency one afternoon a few months ago. It began when I felt motions in my mouth. The motions felt like a pressure or tension of air travelling around my mouth. I thought this was strange because I had never felt this feeling in my mouth before. What was stranger, however, was that whist I felt these motions in my mouth, I did not stutter or block at all when speaking to my family for around half an hour. This was the longest period of fluency I had ever experienced. For the first time, speaking felt effortless, easy. After the half an hour of fluency, I then randomly had a panic attack, which rarely happens (maybe it happened because I was so overwhelmingly happy that I was speaking fluently?) and after the panic attack ceased, my stutter and speech blocks returned. Strange x3. I still don’t understand what happened that afternoon. Why I didn’t stutter or block for half an hour? What these motions I was feeling in my mouth were? Why I had a panic attack? If the panic attack was connected to the motions in my mouth and the speech fluency? I still wonder. Has anyone experienced anything similar to this? Or can provide an explanation? Thank you!
