Well, Biden's incompetency is undoubtedly not caused by his stutter. He has been a good orator and spoken intelligently in the past in spite of it. What we see now is dementia and cognitive decline due to old age. Anybody who denies this is refusing to accept reality. My parents are doctors; they look at Biden and affirm that he presents all the classic signs of dementia. But if people are attributing his problems to his stutter, then that is also ignoring the truth. Stuttering should have no part to play in conversations about Biden's present incompetency.
