I remember my first time when I caught myself stuttering. Before that, either I didn't realize or I never stuttered, which is a wild thought. I was in 7th grade, in my classroom, and attempted to call my friend from across the room, and I stumbled upon my words as if they were caught in my throat. I went like huh? Wow? That was the first time I stuttered consicously and it was downhill ever since.
