Can you have a proper life if you stutter?

Can you have a proper life if you stutter? I’m 28 M and I’m struggling to get the career I want because of my stutter. My stutter is anxiety induced and it only rears it’s ugly head during presentations and most of all, job interviews. It feels like if I can’t get the job I truly want, it will stop me from getting the life I truly want - having a place of my own, meeting my future wife, being a father etc. So what I need to know from fellow stutterers is if it’s possible to have these things even if you stutter horribly in job interviews and get discriminated against? At the minute, things look so bleak and I don’t even know if I will still be here by the age of 30
