Yeah. Tbh didn’t help me. And then I went to a psychiatrist and now I’m worried they think I’m some druggy. When in reality I just have a bad stutter… lol. Wouldn’t do it tbh. Waste of time. And potential for a bad trip. I’m on antidepressants and they keep me a lot calmer. And I’m not as worried… still stutter. But calmer and happier and not as depressed about my stutter.
