I think those thoughts about stuttering are mostly automatic, unfortunately. I am trying to find a way to stop those negative thoughts in my head but without success so far... I want to try meditation, maybe it will help to silence the mind. Or maybe I have to go out and face the fear of stuttering by speaking to strangers to show my mind that there is nothing to fear and maybe it will stop the negative thoughts about stuttering. But if that is the case why I have blocks with my family where I was speaking with them for years...
