I met a therapiest and she prescribed a drug called Valdoxin 25mg. I have to take it before I go to bed every night for 2 months and take a brake for 2 weeks and then take the medicine again. Plus I have to have a minimum good 7 hr of sleep and practice reading out loud. It has been 5 days and my stutter has been reduced by the same amount. Normally, I feel the anxiety in my heart 24/7 but now it is gone. I am not sure how long the drug will do the deed for me but it has been one good week in my life. Do you think my body will adjust the effect of the medicine and will I feel thr anxiety again even after taking the drug?
