I've been taking setralin for over a decade now, though I only take half a tablet (25mg) I notice a big improvement in reucing anxiety when it comes to speaking and improved confidense. I would recommend speaking to your doc before taking any SSRIs though as there are side effects to be aware of, like a reduction in sexual arousal and some other stuff. I combine that with a healthy living, intermittent fasting and doing heavy resistance training while fasted early in the mornings. You shouldnt expect to just take SSRIs and feel better, but they can be of great help in reducing anxiety and enable you to have a better daily routine for dealing with your stuttering, improving your overall health, enable you to perform better at work/school and so on.
