I used to want to be an actor and was in school plays - stutter and all - until a new drama director showed up and told me in no uncertain terms I would never be an actor with a stutter. So I gave up on that and now I regret it in my 30s. So really, I hope you keep striving for what you want to do. There's a place for you to be who you want to be out there - it's just gonna take you a little longer.
