Can confirm. Some people reach that state earlier, some later, but it doesn't need to be rushed and will come naturally. I'm 23 just like OP and I don't care about being "normal". It's a subjective thing that society created, it doesn't have strict rules of what's "normal" and what's not, but stuttering is a completely normal thing and is being recognised more and more nowadays. All that matters is having a supportive friend group and/or family.
