I would say mine is mild and mostly blocks when I’m trying to get words out. However, my stutter is pretty bad in Spanish. I’m bilingual and learned both languages simultaneously but used English more frequently growing up. I’m fortunate to have Spanish speaking coworkers and talking to them has definitely helped me over the years.
