I now stutter very very little. It will never go, but it happens very very little. The key for me to reduce it was genuinely to accept it. I know that sounds like something out of a self help book but genuinely, when I accepted it, stopped feeling ashamed of stuttering in front of people, and sometimes laughed at it. It stopped happening by about 80% The sad thing is that instead now Iām going through the whole thing again with my 7 year old son. š
