I agree, it takes such a huge toll on you. It also led to me suicidal thoughts because I just started hating myself along with other reasons. I don't have any advice because I'm going through the same thing but just know that you're not alone with this and that if you need anyone to talk to, I'm open to talking! I wish you the best of luck
