This is my naive take on it. A lot of stuttering could be overcome if we breathe before each word. Because every syllable has a breathing initiation and completion. If one is doing that correctly, you won't stutter at all. If we practice each and every syllable combination for breathing initiation and completion it could be fixed to a greater extent. So whenever someone is interrupting you get time to breathe now and later you can speak fluently. Hence one should work now on being vigilant and identify that they are stuttering or going to, stop speaking and take breathe. Or just speak slowly. The caveat here is this might only work for people who has less stuttering and can speak clearly with themselves when alone.
