Literally.. when i say something and anticipate a stutter i try to come up with replacements for the word and i end up changing the sentence and restarting it 5 times and stuttering on all 5 😂 so a helpful technique is just choosing your sentence and never replace or substitute the world .. it would give a lot of relieve whether u stutter on it or not
