Oh, I can relate to that and as a stutterer myself I can suggest the following: - Do not sweat it that much - Do not try to hide it from the audience - Be open about it - Eventually you realize that there are lot of people who stutter Once you stop treating yourself as a broken one and/or focusing *that* much on being blessed with this gift you won’t anticipate stuttering(or at least doing it rarely), so no more forced stuttering(you literally forcing yourself to stutter because you are afraid of it), no constantly thinking on how to avoid this and that words results in less stressing. And eventually you are free to focus on say HR duties than being desperate, because HR’s job to help people, so be your own personal HR and help yourself first. That’s not an easy ride, but you will definitely cope with it. Good luck!
