I was just discussing this in my speech therapy session today! My speech therapist told me B’s can be very difficult for most stutterers to get by as he mentioned something that it requires your lips and vocal cords at the same time. A helpful tip he told me is to view it as a silent ‘p’ sound of taking a deep breath and letting the air flow through your lungs that the average listener won’t take notice that you’ve changed it to get by.
