I've overcome my stutter - but that's beside the point I'm making. Take your focus away from your speech and focus on the present moment. Helps you to relax and stops you from being inside your head so much. Some call it mindfulness, others call it raising levels of awareness. Also, loving all the down votes I'm getting by dropping a little optimism and hope.
