When you take a breath before speaking, are you getting an immediate 80% reduction in your block? If not, then may I suggest trying the scientifically and academically recommended suggestion that will lead to drastic reduction in blocks. Try exhaling and making eye contact to reduce a block. Note - your lungs absolutely have enough air. The problem lies elsewhere. I posted here recently with many links with the science behind this.
