The porky pig s-s-s-s-stutter is just more entertaining, I think. It also more closely resembles the concept of stuttering to non-stutterers. I am more of a fragmented speaker too and don't do the porky pig thing, but non-stutterers probably don't realize the range of variations stuttering has.
