What's the most frustrating thing to you as a stutterer?

What's the most frustrating thing to you as a stutterer? Just wanna know some of the things that get you guys frustrated with your difficulties speaking. One of the most frustrating things to me is when people cringe when I get blocked and am unable to get the word out. I know it's natural but it's so rude to me, so I try to maintain a neutral face when I encounter someone who has difficulty speaking. Or the "relax, calm down and speak".
