a way i found to not stutter at all (for internet meetings or voice records) there's a biography movie about stuttering called: The King's Speech (2010). this movie is about that English King in the past that used to stutter and had suffered through his speeches with his country, and how his therapist helped him so much to get through this for his speeches. there was this scene the king and his therapist in a session. the therapist played very loud music in headphones so he can't hear himself talking. then he told him to read some paragraph out loud. he did then he thought these sessions are useless. he stopped reading the paragraph then throw the headphones with anger and dismissed. the therapist recorded his paragraph on a gramophone disc and gave it to him before he leaves angrily. he listened to it at his home. he didn't stutter once. that's why he came back for the sessions. it was like he's 100% fluent... i looked this up, turned out we stutter when we hear our own voice, so if you didn't hear your voice by applying some loud music to cover up your voice. you'll be able to not stutter if you wanna record something on the internet, just apply very loud music in your headphones and give it a try. maybe it works for you. i hope it be useful♡.
