When I was 12 I went to speech therapy and I played Uno with the people that were treating me. They told me we did this for me to practice saying words that start with vowels. So... yes, they do affect my ability to enjoy these types of games, but I wouldn't ask people to adapt them for me. I would just try to get the word out.
