Let her go at her own pace. Within a few years she will find what works best for her. Therapy might be of some help but they are just suggestions for her to try in the end. ​ I'm an old geezer now but I tried everything when I was younger. What ended up working for me is blocking (however some say to never block words) Eventually I ended up with my own vocabulary in the end and no one even notices. Best of luck
