That’s up to you. I personally don’t view my stutter as a disability, but you might and that is fine. I typically will start and important conversation saying something like “I just want to let you know that I stutter, if I make any funny faces or take weird pauses it’s because I’m trying to get a word out” they normally acknowledge it and it drops a lot of the anxiety I have about the interaction. That being said everyone’s stutter is different. My 2 cents is that your stutter doesn’t define you and no one (worth interacting with) will hold stuttering against you. I wish you the best of luck on you job hunt. My dms are always open as well.
