Appreciate the insight, thank you. It sure feels like an “it” though. An adversary, something between you and what you want/need, something to be overcome. When the thinking doesn’t come automatically in the moment and there’s the stutter, it’s a lack of control issue that is the most impactful to me. But I guess that’s the rub, right? Changing how we think about the stutter is the key to control.
