As of right now there is no solution. It's not my thesis. It's general scientific consciousness that it's all the brain. Every person's stutter is different as well. I think desensitization, general confidence, and some sort of daily regiment to warm yourself up for speaking are good places to start to minimize/manage the issue. Long term it's disclosure to others to take pressure off yourself and acceptance so the secondary effects diminish and the havoc this can cause on a person's mental health subsides.
