Thank you for asking! I think it's important to make the point strongly that if they have any issues, you are there to hear them. I say this from experience. Knowing my boss is open to hearing me and offering me advice or help, is enough to make me comfortable. They never have to mention my stutter specifically, I just know that I can talk to them. Being trustworthy and understanding is enough.
