Hey, very similar experience here. I gave IELTS for studying in UK too (mechanical engineering). I was very nervous about the speaking component too. I stuttered a lot as I remembered. It depends on the person who has to grade you I suppose. I was lucky to be against a very polite and understanding woman. I passed with 8 the speaking component. Your stutter won't matter, trust me.
