Don’t feel ashamed we all have bad days. We all fall down sometimes but we must get up and try again! Look at all that you accomplished so far and that’s because you didn’t give up. You achieved more than most and should be proud of that. Use those victories as motivation to keep pushing forward! Don’t give up and keep your head up, it may not mean much but I believe in you.
