I have an alternative idea that might help you get through this and could maybe be therapeutic in a way: what if your "drawing about you" had to do with your stuttering? So you go up and present on how its affected you, share your experiences, etc? Just a thought. It can be liberating to own your stutter, and it really turns the anxiety and situation on its head. Regardless: breath. Stay calm, the worst case scenarios that are going through your head are *not* going to happen, they never do.
