I can definitely empathize with you there. It's extremely frustrating when you want to speak your mind out and there's something holding you back. The more you try to fight it, the worse it gets. I try to keep myself fluent as much as possible, like I'm on a streak. When I speak *spontaneously*, I find myself much less likely to stutter. Keep giving your brain a positive feedback to convince itself that speaking is a very easy process. No thing is of more worth than being alive. So many things could go wrong with such a complicated machine like the human body, but we're still here, alive and healthy. Sure, we may not be the best speakers, but definitely not incapable of sharing basic human happiness and kindness. Don't let your stutter be the only thing dictating your life.
