I’m attached to it because my stutter is part of who I am. I’ve never EVER not had a stutter or been a stutterer. I’ve learned to love my stutter, and that being taken away from me is scary. Just because something is a disability doesn’t mean you can’t love it and who you are with it. It isn’t fun always, or perhaps ever, but I still wouldn’t ever change it.
