I block at vowels and repeat b’s and p’s and th’s, but I don’t stutter unless I take a breath. So when I talk in convos I just speak excitedly and don’t take breaths. But when I’m reading a whole page I have to put more thought into what I’m saying and talk slower so it messes me up. Since you block at vowels have you tried doing the soft “h” sound in front of them? (Like apple would sound kinda like happle, but you don’t really hear the h sound you just feel it) I’ve been trying to do it but I can’t get used to it
