Vitamin B12?

Vitamin B12? I’ve seen a few posts about this. I’ve found that when I take vitamin B12, my stutter gets markedly worse. When I was younger someone suggested I try it as it made their speech improve. However, I found just the opposite and when I stopped taking it, my speech returned to “normal.” I would say it could be an opposite placebo effect but then the below happened: For the past week, my fiancée and I have been doing a weight loss “jumpstart” program ahead of our wedding with a strict diet and a lot of supplements we take throughout the day. I noticed my speech getting worse throughout the week, and took a closer look at the supplements... one of them has a 2,500% recommended daily allowance of B12. I didn’t know it had this much B12 or any B12 at all so I don’t think it’s a placebo effect in this case. Thoughts? Anyone else see this or the opposite effect? And by this rationale, is there an “opposite” vitamin that could improve speech?
