not to derail - but I am on a conference call where a colleague is presenting something and they have a stutter. The work is good and I am conscious that she may be nervous as I'm someone she's presenting to for the first time. I want to encourage her, so I'm thinking to ping her after and just say great job on the presentation, you took us through the work clearly and in a very informed manner. Do you think thats a good idea?
