I've learnt a weird technique from a Elliott Hulse video, basically you put your finger down on your throat and stimulate the gag reflex. Don't do that after you eat and of course, practice only at home, but according to my experiences it can help, too. I've linked the exact video a couple of weeks ago in this subreddit. Screaming also can help if you have a place where you can practice (without disturbing anyone).
