I was feeling just like you when i was around 23, then i went to a seminar on stuttering. It helped me realized that first, i have to accept that i stutter, second, stuttering is not that important to other when u talk to them about it. Once i accepted those facts i became more relaxed when i talked to others, and my speech became better. I do not have the perfect speech now, but i'm conformable with my stuttering and i can live a normal life again. Good to luck to u, it is a long hard road
