Administration (public). I talk to a lot of people and use the phone too. I stutter **infrequently**, which is always annoying when it happens, but I've gotten okay at dealing with it. It's sometimes easier when I'm able to function in my role without being too personal, so to say. EDIT: "Infrequently" is the wrong word. I mean: I never know when it hits. There's no pattern ("frequency").
