A shift in words

A shift in words I don’t know if anyone else has this but I used to vocabulary refresh every year or so where I would stutter on new letters and be fine with letters I used to struggle with. I thought id past that now but for the past week, thank you’s have been really easy to say. This is something I’ve been battling for years. I couldn’t say thanks but it was easier just appearing ungrateful. I wonder if it’s due to having a good streak saying thank you to the point where my brain isn’t cautious about saying it. I had a big deep think about it and it almost seems like we are all capable of speech, our self conscious is just holding us back
