Inhalation during blocks

Inhalation during blocks Does any body else keep inhaling when they block? In my case I try to take as much air as I can and then try to speak the word I m blocking on. If I am still struck on that block,then I again try to inhale as if my brain is wired to do so. It creates more problem in getting the word out.
