Do it now. It was the same for me and now at 30 I regret it tremendously. Sure you can live with it and have a normal life but you will always be wondering how much better you would feel and what you could achieve if you didn't stutter (or at least had full control of it). My therapist told me that after 20ish it becomes impossible to get rid of it completely so have that in mind while calculating your priorities.
